As a therapeutic massage practitioner, I want to empower my clients to make conscious choices about wellness and lifestyle. A massage therapist for more than fifteen years, I draw from a range of methodologies to address my clients’ needs. My training and specializations are neuromuscular therapy, also known as trigger point release, myofascial release, active isolated stretching, and prenatal massage.
During the past fifteen years, I have worked extensively in Florida and New Jersey. I co-founded and directed the Marlboro Center for Alternative Therapies, Inc., one of the first integrated wellness centers in the State of New Jersey. When it opened, we were the only facility to offer massage therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, chiropractic, and nutritional counseling all under one umbrella, thus providing comprehensive quality care. I trained and worked with the world-renowned kinesiologist, Aaron Mattes, who developed and pioneered a therapy technique called active isolated stretching, which I incorporate in my work. In Naples, Florida, I co-owned the Pain Management Specialists of Naples and our group provided massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and private and group Pilates.
Many of my clients have chosen to work with me because of their specialized needs and my responsive approach. For example, while working in Florida, I treated members of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Naples who after practicing for ten hours, needed treatment to be able to resume play the following day. I have worked with golf and tennis pros who relied on massage to be successful in their work. I have worked with both pre and post-operative patients and those suffering from a range of problems including MS, Lyme's, scoliosis, frozen shoulder, TMJ, migraines, sciatic pain, neck/back pain, whiplash, tennis elbow, prenatal, general muscle dysfunctions, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method) for pre and post-op cosmetic procedures and surgeries.

I am an experienced massage therapist dedicated to helping clients feel their best through personalized, therapeutic care. My approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique needs and creating a relaxing, supportive environment where healing and restoration can take place.
I specialize in Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial therapy, lymphatic drainage using the Vodder Method, and prenatal massage. These techniques allow me to address a wide range of concerns, from muscle tension and chronic pain to post-surgical recovery and pregnancy-related discomfort.
Helping people manage pain and improve their quality of life is truly my passion. I am committed to providing thoughtful, effective treatments that support the body’s natural healing process and help clients feel more comfortable, balanced, and restored.
